- Visit Ooty Lake → Enjoy boating (₹750 for 1 hour). Seating spots & snack counters available. We had hot vada & tea! (The first bite of hot vada and tea at Ooty Lake on a chilly morning was exactly what we needed after the overnight bus journey)
- Lunch at the Lake Restaurant – Paneer Fried Rice & Paneer Butter Masala recommended.
- Head to the Toy Train ride (book tickets in advance on IRCTC). Take an auto to Ooty Railway Station (~₹100).
- Reach Coonoor, explore local shops, enjoy snacks, then return to Ooty (~7 PM).
- Explore the local market – try street food and buy homemade chocolates. Dinner & relax at hotel.
